What You Will Be Doing:

As an SA, you will collaborate with internal teams crafting and implementing enterprise level solutions for our international portfolio of clients using our GlobalLink suite of products. You will be the clients’ main point of contact, working closely with our Solutions Engineers and Developers on the technical aspects of the implementation. A strong candidate for this position is a quick learner who can apply lessons learned to new client engagements. You will have a strong sense of ownership.   • Manages full life-cycle of the technology on-boarding process post-sale through to successful deployment of GlobalLink
  • Act as client advocate in order to meet and manage expectations during technology implementation
  • Develop implementation schedule in collaboration with Solutions Engineers, ensuring that all milestones are met and communicated to internal and client teams
  • Design workflows and develop on-boarding documentation for technology implementations
  • Provide consultative support to clients by evaluating and understanding their needs and subsequently developing customized solutions to ensure that their localization goals are met
  • Educate client on technology capabilities and how they can practically apply to real-time situations and resolve clients’ localization challenges
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to user experience, escalating as necessary to relevant internal points of contact
  • Train or coordinate training for external and internal users of the GlobalLink tools

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3-5 years minimum experience leading and owning client relationships
  • Must have experience in the localization industry
  • Fluency in English a must, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational abilities and goal-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Foreign language ability a plus
