We are currently looking for a seasoned SAP Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' SAP landscapes and ensuring the alignment of the SAP solutions with their business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business needs and are in line with the client’s IT strategy.
- Work closely with customer business units (financial, logistics, acquisition, etc.) and IT teams to define comprehensive SAP solutions, including integration with existing systems.
- Conduct detailed system analysis, architecture design, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP project teams, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with SAP technologies and enhancements to bring innovative solutions to the business.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP architecture, system configuration, and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team competency in SAP solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client business objectives and strategies of the client to engineer software solutions that enable the objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certified in relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Solutions Architect).
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and management.
- Proven track record of successful SAP solution architecture and deployment.
- Extensive experience in SAP ERP environments, preferably with knowledge in specific industry modules.
- Strong background in system integration and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
