About Port:

Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic.

Port turns that chaos into control: one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, enabling every team to move as fast as technology allows.

Following our $100M Series C funding round, we are entering an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself.

As a Solutions Architect (SA) at Port, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers after purchase, guiding the successful design, implementation, and adoption of Port’s Agentic Engineering Platform You will partner closely with platform, DevEx, and engineering leaders to ensure Port is deployed in a secure, scalable, and high-impact way across their organization.

This role blends technical depth, architectural thinking, and customer consulting. You will translate customer goals into robust solution designs, embed best practices, and help customers future-proof their developer platform while accelerating time-to-value. Working alongside the rest of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, you will play a key role in turning Port into a core part of each customer’s engineering ecosystem.
