Senior Solution Architect - SAP Observability (EMEA)

Are you a seasoned SAP expert ready to redefine how global enterprises achieve digital resilience? You will be instrumental in helping major customers move beyond traditional monitoring to achieving full-stack observability across their most critical business processes, from order-to-cash to procure-to-pay.

What You'll Do: 

Drive the Technical Win

You will own the technical sales strategy, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for IT executives and technical teams alike.

  • Deep Value Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery into customer SAP landscapes—from legacy ECC to modern S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and BTP—to align our end-to-end observability solution with their specific business outcomes.
  • Deliver Compelling Proofs: Create and deliver powerful Proofs of Value (POVs) and demonstrations that showcase the unique advantage of our agentless, SAP-certified approach.
  • Unify the View: Demonstrate a "single pane of glass" view, correlating performance metrics across infrastructure, application, user experience, and critical business process layers.
  • Proactive Resilience: Show clients how to use dynamic baselining and AI-driven insights to anticipate and prevent critical issues like IDoc errors and slow background jobs before they impact the customer experience.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, contribute to training materials, and develop blog posts or whitepapers, helping to shape the market narrative.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with Customer Success and Product Management to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction post-sale.

This Role Requires: 

Expert-Level SAP & Observability Acumen

We are looking for a highly articulate and experienced professional who can serve as a technical trusted advisor.

  • Technical Consulting Expertise: Significant, proven experience in a technical pre-sales, Solutions Architect, Technical Success, or consulting role, with a track record of translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • SAP Architecture & BASIS Mastery: Deep, demonstrable expertise in SAP Technical Architecture or BASIS, with a proven ability to diagnose performance issues and understand system health logs (e.g., SM21, ST03N).
  • Observability Platform Knowledge: Practical, hands-on experience with an observability platform covering Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, and Distributed Tracing.
  • Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to present tailored solutions and handle technical objections with diverse audiences, including C-Level executives and technical practitioners.
  • Cloud Architecture: Clear understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Bonus Points: 

Stand Out from the Crowd

  • SAP Monitoring Expert: Expert-level knowledge and practical experience with major SAP monitoring and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms, such as SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, or SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Integration Specialist: Strong command of SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, or RFCs) and experience monitoring complex, integrated landscapes.
