Summary of the Job:
Our Partner Credit Card and POSL ecosystem includes industry-leading SaaS platforms such as Nice, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as mature Core Mainframe and Tandem solutions.
About This Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Strategy & Vision
- Assess the current state of the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem and define a strategic target state architecture for the next 3-5 years.
- Develop and maintain a modernization roadmap to drive platform scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Partner with enterprise architecture and business stakeholders to align platform strategy with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership & Delivery Support
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and technical leads.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve technical practices and architectural thinking.
- Ensure robust integration patterns and API strategies using Mulesoft and other middleware solutions.
- Continuous Improvement & Modernization
- Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud adoption, integration, security, and automation.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem.
- Drive standardization and optimization across the portfolio to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with solution architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Expertise in designing and integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), API management, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and architectural strategies.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices and modern development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making as applied to enterprise platforms
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- BS in Computer Science, IT or related field
