What this Job Entails:
The Solutions Architect III is responsible for the design of one or more applications or services, as part of a solution development team. Someone in this role should have a balanced mix of technical and business skills.

Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their specialty
Works on problems of a diverse scope
Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders (leadership and subject matter experts) to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
Ensure that the enterprise and it's IT are in alignment.
Link the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to its IT strategy, while documenting this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Translate narratives into models.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Understand the overarching connections among functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and technical choices to derive a solution architecture
Ability to take direction from leadership, work independently, and be self-motivated
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Physical Demand & Work Environment:
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
