We are looking for a Solutions Architect (S2P) to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to lead the architecture for a multi-million-dollar Source to Pay (S2P) program, driving improvements in vendor management and procurement processes. You will own the entire tech stack for Coupa Source to Pay Platform and integrated applications like Oracle EBS, Vertex, OneSource, and NetSuite. Your other responsibilities will include identifying strategic technology choices and areas for solution architecture, business process optimization, and refactoring/tech debt reduction. About You – Experience, Education, Skills

  • At least 10 years in IT architecture or senior development roles, with 5+ years in solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa Source to Pay modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Payments).
  • Experience successfully leading end-to-end integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience creating technology roadmaps and solution designs for large-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with tax platforms (Vertex, OneSource).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps collaboration.
  • Prior experience mentoring architects or senior engineers.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical direction.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the Coupa Source to Pay platform and integrated applications.
  • Design scalable, efficient, and strategic solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Master, and AP teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Lead technical investigations, document outcomes, and create technology roadmaps.
  • Partner with IT and DevOps teams to ensure solutions follow best practices and CI/CD principles.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Coupa implementation and optimization.

About the Team

You will join the ITS Finance team, partnering closely with internal stakeholders across Source to Pay, vendor management, and finance teams. External collaboration may include IT vendors. This role supports a multi-million-dollar S2P program, focused on reducing external spend and improving vendor management processes. The team culture values collaboration, strategic thinking, and innovation.

Hours of Work

  • Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
  • Hybrid position working 2-3 days/week on-site
  • Must live within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations: Ann Arbor, MI, Kansas City, KS or Philadelphia, PA
