In this role, you'll serve as the technical bridge between business vision and implementation execution, partnering with clients, enterprise architects, engineers, and product leaders to create scalable, data-driven customer experience ecosystems. You'll help organizations unlock the full power of Adobe Experience Cloud while integrating emerging AI capabilities that accelerate personalization, content creation, and business value.

What You'll DoLead Solution Architecture- Own end-to-end architecture design for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Design architecture across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Create integration blueprints, data models, identity resolution frameworks, and governance strategies.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture reviews.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders.
- Present recommendations, trade-offs, and roadmaps in business-friendly language.
- Guide organizations through digital transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
- Architect audience activation, customer data, consent management, and identity strategies.
- Design solutions leveraging predictive decisioning and generative AI capabilities.
- Establish responsible AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities including Firefly, GenStudio, and AI-powered personalization solutions.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Drive architectural quality, best practices, and solution consistency across engagements.
- Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven success designing complex, multi-system customer experience solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, consent management, and governance frameworks.
- Client-facing consulting experience with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $155,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
