- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics delivery roles.
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying, validating, and analyzing large datasets across platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, or similar data warehouses.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional models, and analytical databases.
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support business reporting and insights.
- Good understanding of analytics and software development best practices, including version control, deployment, and data validation.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and engineering to manage dependencies, resolve risks, and communicate delivery progress.
- Translate business questions and reporting needs into clear, actionable analytical and technical requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and validate complex SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
- Support analytics delivery by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
- Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies and processes, including ticket creation, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
