The Solutions Analyst II involves managing and coordinating multiple integration and technical projects with third-party vendors. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to streamline workflows for maximum efficiency. In doing so, you’ll engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery through implementation, connectivity, and data delivery.
Aledade employs a technology stack composed of both externally-sourced and internally developed systems. Your day may involve troubleshooting a complicated technical issue, exchanging data with vendors, leading conversations with operational counterparts on standardizing implementation and integration processes, or consulting on new product development with engineering teams. You'll adopt a hands-on approach to the onboarding of partner vendors, lead configuration and data exchange processes. Expertise in various aspects of technology and communication skills will be crucial to success in this dynamic position.
Primary Duties:
- Confidently leads the integration and implementation of multiple Aledade integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements to integrate with third-party vendors
- Lead process improvement on integrations and implementation processes
- Collaborate with the Engineering/Product Manager(s) to inform customers on resolution of any integration related update, fix or implementation to ensure satisfactory outcome for the vendor
- Lead the testing of data (Basic SQL knowledge) received from vendors into production, and provide evaluations in order to improve the process
- Timely documentation of project activities in Jira to support management reporting and stakeholder communication
- Implement effective vendor relationship management strategies to drive ongoing collaboration and communication
- Lead implementation and integration process steps for vendors for use by other team members
- Ensure all changes comply with company data and security policies
- Develop expertise in various third-party applications to become a leading Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Lead configurations and change requests for current systems and future technology
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in managing integrations and implementation projects in healthcare.
- 5+ years relevant experience defining implementation best practices, playbooks, workflows, and self-guided support assets..
- 2+ years direct experience configuring and managing software.
- 2+ years experience leading vendors through intricate technical workflows and processes, and understanding their susceptibilities to system modifications, app upgrades, or improvements.
- 2+ years experience gathering technical requirements and engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Proficient in basic SQL (SELECT, MERGE, UPDATE, JOIN, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert in managing ACO billing software (QuickCap, HSBlox, CedarGate, etc) or other industry standard Revenue Cycle Management tools, including configuring contract rules, CPT codes, and other software settings.
- Experience with CMS / ACO data files (e.g. CCLF) and/or Revenue Cycle transactional data (837’s, 835’s, etc.)
- Focused on outcomes, possessing the skill to organize and oversee numerous projects
- Experience leading technical discovery to understand vendor(s) technical landscape (data required vs data received) and explaining data flow/integration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
- Experience with performing system testing (User Acceptance Testing (UAT))
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data to develop sound conclusions.
