Position Summary
The Solutions Administrator is an entry level role that typically shares responsibility for maintaining and supporting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that are used internally and externally. This Solutions Administrator will be supporting Oracle Fusion and associated technologies. Responsibilities on these systems include administration and provisioning for projects and repositories, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation of the platform.
About The Team
Our Solution Admin Team is the backbone of ERP Tech, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance across enterprise systems. We specialize in managing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions that empower the organization to run efficiently and securely.
Primary Qualifications
• Will be responsible for basic system configurations of one or more solutions
• May or may not be responsible for environment management, including communicating around outages, downtime, access, and availability
• May be responsible for user license compliance and user provisioning
• Will be a supporting member of a team that provides operations and support, system maintenance and research to ensure continual innovation and predictable operations of the solution
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups (for example).
• Monitor monthly and quarterly patch release notes for impacts to Clayton’s system and related systems.
• Manage Service Requests/Tickets for the platform, including opening, monitoring, escalation and closing.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Coordinate Release Management activities.
Desired Skills
• Experience in Oracle financial technologies such as Fusion, EPM, or EBS preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• Experience in project management, group facilitation, data gathering, and phases of software life cycle.
(requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and measuring effectiveness.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications that can be used for development and break down technical complexities so that they can be easily understood by business units and end users.
• Experience in JIRA preferred, but not required.
