Due to the context of highly integrated systems, our team requires to grow its pool of expert of the functional integration to facilitate the design, build and test of this strategic area. You will play a key role in helping Finance Business Functions by developing solutions that will improve Statutory Consolidation, Managerial Reporting, Forecast and Planning, Financial Group Reporting and Budget Reporting.

To support its growing needs or corporate reporting & analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4 under a Program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus. Lead the design, improvement, and maintenance of an overall Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Product / Solution for LDC at Global Scale.

• Product/Service Development: 

  • Working in close collaboration with business process owners and ensure accurate understanding and description of business requirements
  • Translating the Consolidation & Reporting strategy of our Business Units into an analytical roadmap
  • Being responsible for the design and delivery of the solutions according to standard methodologies
  • Organize, drive, execute projects.
  • Technical Developments Recommendation: Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve quality of products/ solutions and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
  • Maintaining the end-to-end vision of the overall Enterprise Performance Management solutions
  • Drive business adoption

Internal Client Relationship Management: 

  • Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust finding out their needs/issues/concerns to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

Product Lifecycle and Interdependencies Management: 

  • Execute digital product/solution life cycle activities following a range of processes and tooling requirements.

Leadership and Direction:

  • Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.

Feasibility Studies: 

  • Contribute to and support feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings.

Quality:

  • Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.

Governance:

  • Being responsible for the project’s governance, Steering Committee, Status, Issues escalation. 

Budget Management:

  • IT Financials processes working in close relationship with the IT Financial Controller to track actuals vs planned budget 
  • Budget tracking construction based on Monthly actuals update
  • Update budget according to roadmap evolution
  • Highlight and alert on budget errors / over consumptions
  • Manage quarterly reforecasting cycle and landing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Sciences, finance, economy or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the domain of IT service management for Consolidation and Managerial Reporting
  • OneStream knowledge is highly valuable.
  • Knowledge in Processes and Solutions for the following scope: Statutory Consolidation, Managerial Reporting, Financial Group Reporting and Budget Reporting.
  • Having experience in implementing Consolidation and Reporting solutions as a leader.
  • Practical Expertise in various project methodologies (AgiIe/Scrum/WaterfaII/etc.)
  • You have a sincere and proven curiosity about the area of Enterprise Performance Management

Knowledge

  • You have knowledge and expertise in modern Enterprise Performance Management and BI systems.
  • You have a mature, assertive, and dynamic personality, with good interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player with good communication skills and with a collaborative spirit
  • You are customer oriented, result driven & passionate about delivering quality
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to lead sophisticated projects and related teams
  • SAP Finance knowledge is a plus.
  • Practical Expertise in various project methodologies (AgiIe/Scrum/Kanban/WaterfaII/Six Sigma/etc.)
