Role Overview:
Responsible for engaging with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting product demonstrations to showcase how the Trellix's offerings address those needs. Collaborates closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.About the Role:
Articulate the benefits of Trellix products for both technical and non-technical audiences. Research the technical requirements of an opportunity to scope and architect a solution that meets the customer’s needs.
Own the solution sales activities within the sales process to gain the technical win and the customers trust.
Participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits, qualifying the customer’s requirements
Gather requirements, develop use cases, and fully understand the client's business needs and constraints.
Be able to present the Trellix solutions and how this solves the customers’ needs and outcomes.
Create unsolicited solution proposals and ensure it meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and is fit for the intended purpose.
Ownership of the technical or solution response to RFIs/RFPs and orchestration of the virtual teams to help deliver a comprehensive consultative response.
Present the solution proposal to the customer, demonstrate how we solve the customer’s requirements and how this aligns to the customers outcomes and differentiate from the competition
Retain a competent level of knowledge and technical hands on experience across Trellix products, solutions and sales proposition
Keep abreast of security trends and industry analysts reports and leverage this knowledge to drive technical sales wins.
About You:
6+ years of sales/solutions engineer experience within cybersecurity or SaaS space.
You have an ability to form relationships at various levels.
You are customer focused.
You are energized by working in regional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
