- 与业主进行沟通交流，挖掘客户需求，并协同技术支持团队为客户定制有竞争力的空气侧技术解决方案。
- 跟踪区域市场及竞争对手的发展情况，拓展新空气侧产品服务领域及服务内容，推广空气侧产品技术系统解决方案，实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标。
- 按照公司既定策略，积极寻求项目机会，扩大市场覆盖，增强爱科空气侧产品的市场影响力。 收集市场及同类产品信息，帮助公司提升产品性能、质量及应用，并创造积极的客户体验。
- 按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程。
- 按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标，完成项目合同执行及收款工作。 定期分析和总结销售工作，并按要求调整工作方向。
任职资格:
- 本科以上学历，暖通空调、建筑环境与设备工程、机电一体化等理工科专业毕业；
- 3年及以上生物制药行业工程销售经验, 生物制药行业有良好的业务和设计院资源，有工程销售经验及资源；
- 有直接跟业主进行沟通并提供解决方案的经验及能力；
- 熟悉工程前期设计及施工管理；能独立完成工程售前沟通；
- 对洁净厂房需求有清晰的认知；能独立完成中小方案的前期空调系统设计（如冷量，风量，水管，风管设计）。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- At least 3 years of engineering sales experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong business relationships and design-institute resources in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Engineering sales experience and relevant customer or industry resources
- Experience communicating directly with building owners and providing technical solutions
- Familiarity with early-stage engineering design and construction management
- Ability to independently conduct presales communications for engineering projects
- Clear understanding of cleanroom facility requirements
- Ability to independently complete preliminary HVAC system designs for small and medium-sized solutions, including cooling load, airflow, water piping, and ductwork design
