Job Description- Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform by supporting product roadmap definition and translating business and technical needs into clear requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud SRE, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and business domains) to ensure alignment and effective delivery;
- Oversee platform operations, including access management, governance processes, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving platform adoption through communication, training, and enablement;
- Support delivery activities such as platform migrations, backlog management, sprint planning, and architecture reviews;
- Enhance developer and user experience by improving tools, documentation, templates, and internal onboarding materials.
- Strong understanding of cloud data architecture and data engineering concepts, ideally within Azure environments;
- Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure platforms;
- Experience working in IT service management environments, including incident and problem management processes;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement;
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and modern data or AI-related tools is considered an asset.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP;
- CVs must be submitted in English, as the role involves interaction with global managers and stakeholders.
