As a Solution Partner Core Insurance Software Solutions, Japan you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with Japanese customers in the insurance industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line.
We are looking for someone based out of Tokyo who can:
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.
- Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels.
- Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization and guide the appropriate engagement approach.
- Core Insurance solutions delivery implementation and pre-sales experience is a must.
- Understands business needs of insurance back office environment and has hands on working experience in implementing core insurance solutions across policy admin, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, incentives and commissions management and other back office areas.
- Excellent insurance domain know-how and well verse with the industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Has worked in international environment during current or prior jobs.
