The Solution Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by visits to clients and non-clients and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of the solution roadmap and create initiatives and Epics to make roadmap executable.
- Translate client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain.
- Collaborate with engineering delivery manager by leading conversations to ensure team approach to product development.
- Set priorities for development efforts in a domain based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments.
- Assist with planning and execution of go-to market plans.
- Serve as cross-functional expert regarding regulatory and accrediting guidelines, healthcare, and market opportunities.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in product management, solution management, or similar roles in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, care delivery models, and/or population health
- Experience working with healthcare data integrations
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in care coordination, patient engagement, or value-based care models
- Experience with AI/analytics-driven healthcare solutions
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, clinical, operations, and external partners
- Proven track record of managing complex workflows or workflow-driven applications (e.g., care coordination platforms, case management systems, referral management, or task orchestration tools)
- Experience balancing and prioritizing work across multiple scrum teams or product areas simultaneously
- Experience translating ambiguous business processes into structured, scalable digital workflows
- Familiarity with care coordination, utilization management, or patient journey orchestration workflows
- Experience partnering with operations teams to implement and iterate on workflow-driven tools in production environments
- Background in change management and driving adoption of new workflows across diverse user groups
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
