What will you be doing?
As a Solution Manager Services, you are a key player in developing and delivering digital service offerings that make a real impact for our customers.
Embedded in our Global Solutions team, you represent one of our core domains—Airports, Warehousing, or Parcel Distribution—and act as the central connection between local market needs and our global service portfolio.
You work closely with sales teams, product managers, operational leads, and customers to define, shape, and evolve services that are both technically sound and commercially viable. Whether it is identifying new service opportunities, refining existing solutions, or launching innovative offerings, your role is all about turning insights into actionable solutions that bring value to both the customer and our business.
Key responsibilities
With a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on approach, you:
Lead the service portfolio in your domain—aligning customer needs with technical and commercial feasibility.
Collaborate across teams (sales, operations, product) to deliver consistent, scalable service solutions.
Identify new opportunities through customer engagement and market trends.
Support go-to-market activities, including value propositions, pricing, and packaging.
Guide Agile Portfolio Management—helping prioritize service development based on impact and demand.
Drive innovation by sharing best practices across domains.
Who we are looking for?
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related experience, including solutions end-to-end
- A Bachelor or master’s degree in business, technology, or related field
- A passion for data analysis, data-informed product innovation, building and shaping data culture
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- A proven track record of bridging business needs and technically oriented data science colleagues.
- Ability to see the bigger picture while keeping track of details
- Excellent influencing skills and non-hierarchical leadership skills within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge on logistical (service) operations

As part of our Global Solutions Service team, you are at the forefront of enhancing and maturing our solutions portfolio for some of the world’s leading companies. Our ambition is to enable our customers reaching their goal and to do so through positive and innovative change.
Our teams keep track of technological trends and identify, develop and offer innovative service solutions that meet the needs and desires of our customers. Within Global Solutions, the Service team focuses on smart, innovative (digital) service solutions that enable our customers to get better insights into their operations, identify new opportunities to improve, and even pursue new revenue generating opportunities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €6.200 to € 7.800 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
