Summary of the Role
We are looking for a planning and delivery-focused Solution Manager to guide the lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions across some of the main Amadeus' business units. This role is responsible for shaping the roadmap, coordinating operational excellence, and enabling innovation through automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and agile methodologies. You will act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective and long-lasting digital marketing solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Solution Delivery & Operations: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery and support of Salesforce-based marketing solutions. Support timely releases, quality standards, and incident resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop effective relationships with internal customers, advising on solution design while promoting standardization and integration.
Team Support: Support and guide a cross-functional team, encouraging their development and shared goals.
Vision & Strategy: Shape and improve the solution roadmap in collaboration with architects and business leads. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Governance & Coordination: Coordinate with other unit leads to promote consistency, address risks, and manage cross-functional impacts.
About the Ideal Candidate
Experience: 6+ years working with Salesforce, including 3+ years in a guiding role. Experience supporting global teams and complex solution portfolios.
Expertise: Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Pages).
Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is needed; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Communities) are welcome.
Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working in agile environments with tools like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); certification is welcome.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Business. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is welcome but not required.
Languages: Fluent in English.
