Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager - Architect with deep Avaloq expertise to join our organization in Luxembourg. In this role, you will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive banking solutions using the Avaloq platform. You will serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practices
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
• Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Conduct solution reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
• Manage stakeholder communications, presenting technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet specific client and organizational requirements
• Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches for knowledge transfer and future reference
• Stay current with Avaloq platform updates, features, and industry trends to inform solution strategy
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations to prospective clients

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Avaloq platform implementation and configuration
• Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable technical solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management within banking environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present technical information clearly
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: Avaloq certification or formal training credentials
• Preferred: Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects
• Preferred: Background in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• Preferred: Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations
