Overview:
Development and design of solutions for escalated customer projects, execution of services and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- •Design, implement, configure and integrate the solution into the customer environment.•Technical lead of the projects•Elaborate technical documentation for the projects•Handling of complex and difficult service faults•Fault clearance or forwarding to specialty departments•Interface to specialty departments of support areas at vendor•Design of technical solutions for fault clearance•Cooperation with manufacturers•Execute trainings, including creation of the required documents•Documentation of provided services.
