What You’ll Do…

As a Solution Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our platform and external partner solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with partners to ensure that their solutions are effectively integrated into our ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of both our platform and our partners' offerings, as well as excellent communication and technical skills.

How You’ll Do It…

Collaborate closely with external partners to gather requirements for solution integration.

  • Design and develop integration solutions that meet partner and platform requirements.
  • Implement, test, and maintain integration processes to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, working in close coordination with partners and internal teams.
  • Provide technical support to partners during the integration process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform integration strategies.
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful integrations.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in software development and integration, preferably in a partner-facing role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to integration, such as API development, RESTful services, and data mapping.
  • We highly value strong PHP skills, particularly with a modern framework like Laravel
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with integration platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 

Pay Range: 135,000-140,000 plus Bonus
