As a Solution Innovation Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of the Solution Innovation Center. You will support Account Executives and the wider GTM organisation with the day-to-day mechanics of getting RFPs, security reviews, and questionnaires completed accurately and on time, and help keep our Consensus demo automation platform and video content pipeline running smoothly. You will work cross-functionally on a regular basis, partnering with teams such as Legal and Security to get responses reviewed and signed off. This is an entry level or early career role within the Solution Innovation Center, based in our Paris office, ideal for someone looking to build a foundation in presales operations and grow into broader Solutions Consulting responsibilities.

What You'll Do:
Intake & Triage – Support the SC team and wider GTM organisation with the operational processes around incoming RFPs, prioritising and routing requests appropriately.
Document Handling – Manage the upload, formatting, and export of RFP documents, ensuring AEs and SCs have what they need in the right format and on time.
Platform & User Administration – Administer user access and permissions within Ombud, Pigment's RFP tooling, keeping the platform running smoothly for the wider GTM team and becoming a go-to resource for basic platform questions.
Status Tracking – Keep RFP trackers and dashboards current so that the GTM Org and leadership always have visibility into RFP performance.
Infosec Questionnaire SupportTechnical SC Partnership – Work closely with the Technical Solution Consulting team to respond to Infosec questionnaires, coordinating inputs and ensuring responses are submitted accurately and on time.
Question Routing – Triage incoming Infosec questions, handling standard items directly from the answer library and routing anything technical to the Technical SC team.
Demo Automation Platform Administration (Consensus)User Administration – Manage user access and permissions within Consensus, Pigment's demo automation platform.
Content Administration – Organise, tag, and maintain content within Consensus so that demo videos and Interactive Product Tours stay current and easy for the field to find.
Content Creation & Video Editing (Descript)Content Support – Support the creation of demo videos and other digital content, using Descript to edit and produce assets for the Video demo library.
Cross-Functional CoordinationGTM Partnership – Act as a responsive point of contact for AEs on RFP status, timelines, and next steps.
Legal & Security Coordination – Work cross-functionally with teams such as Legal and Security to route questions, gather input, and get RFP and Infosec responses reviewed and signed off.
CSM Coordination – Support Post-Sales teams with the administrative steps of security and infosec review requests, routing them to the right owner.
Who You Are:
Experience: Entry level or early career (1-3 years). Some experience in the software industry or operational experience in an industry setting would be an advantage. No prior presales experience required.
Location & Language: Based in our Paris office, with fluency in English required.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing multiple requests at once, with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency in written material. You must be able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Process-Minded: Enjoys bringing structure and reliability to operational workflows, and takes ownership of the tasks in front of them.
Proactive Communicator: Openly communicates status, roadblocks, and concerns with the SIC team and stakeholders across GTM.
Coachable: Takes ownership of individual learning, asks questions, and seeks support on assigned tasks as they ramp.
AI-Proficient: Comfortable using AI tools to automate process workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency, and keen to keep exploring new ways AI can streamline operational work.
Collaborative: Works well within the SIC team and with outside teams (AEs, Post-Sales, Legal, Security, Product) when called upon.

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience or entry-level/early-career experience
