What is your mission?

As a Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for delivering Capture the Flag (CTF) events, advanced workshops, and analyst enablement sessions across the EMEA region. This customer‑facing role requires deep expertise in digital investigations, strong instructional capability, and the ability to translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario‑based training experiences.

Working cross‑functionally with Deployment Engineers, Solution Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery aligned with Cellebrite’s Services standards and tailored to real‑world customer use cases.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver Capture the Flag (CTF) events, hands‑on workshops, and advanced investigative training sessions for customers and partners
  • Support onboarding and analyst enablement during deployments, ensuring users can effectively operationalise the platform
  • Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario‑based learning experiences
  • Partner closely with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineering teams to tailor workshops to customer‑specific use cases
  • Provide expert guidance on investigator functionality, investigative flows, case management, and analytical best practices
  • Conduct pre‑delivery preparation, including dataset validation, environment setup, and exercise walkthroughs
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, contributing product feedback and operational insights
  • Maintain high‑quality delivery documentation and follow‑up communication aligned with Services processes

This role involves up to 50% travel across the EMEA region and is well‑suited to experts who enjoy hands‑on, customer‑facing engagement and delivering high‑impact training and enablement directly with customers.


Requirements

  • Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including advanced search capabilities, AI‑driven insights, and collaborative case management features
  • Demonstrated experience delivering CTFs, workshops, or advanced technical training with strong customer satisfaction
  • Background in digital investigations, digital forensics, law enforcement operations, or intelligence workflows
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer‑facing instructional skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments, platform onboarding, or user adoption initiatives
  • Familiarity with Cellebrite’s ecosystem (e.g. Pathfinder, Guardian, Inseyets, CAS Lab) is a plus

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, investigative support, intelligence analysis, or related fields
  • Hands‑on experience with modern investigative platforms or analytical tools
  • Prior experience delivering training or instructional content

Skills Required
