About the Role
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using modern multi-agent architectures.
- Lead solution discovery workshops and define enterprise AI roadmaps.
- Architect scalable AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes.
- Deploy production-ready AI applications while ensuring security, governance, scalability, and reliability.
- Guide customers through implementation, adoption, and long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product evolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI strategy and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production.
- Experience designing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications.
- Strong background in enterprise integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience working directly with customers, leading discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of MCP, A2A protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, ServiceNow, CRM, Field Service, or Customer Support platforms
Experience with one or more of the following:
