GK8 is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across Asia. You will play a key role in leading pre-sales engagements, and providing expert customer success, while collaborating closely with global teams to deliver secure, customized blockchain solutions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to customers across the region, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance on proper product use to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Provide support to local customers.
- Drive revenue and growth opportunities with existing customers.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer, plus experience in Customer Success and Support Engineer or Implementation
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems (Linux), networking, system integration, API, software troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with cloud technologies is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication and patience in resolving customer concerns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management and task prioritization
- Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably within Asia
- Familiarity with blockchain technology or financial markets experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
