About the Role
At J4RVIS, we help businesses design and deliver smarter solutions by combining technical excellence with a people-first approach. We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and collaboration. In this role, you’ll partner with clients and internal teams to design practical, impactful solutions that enable organizations to scale and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Estimate and design delivery plans based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to design, document, and implement solutions that align with project and business goals.
- Lead technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase solution designs and capabilities.
- Provide guidance during implementations, ensuring quality and alignment with J4RVIS best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Stay current on emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and insights to our clients and teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Salesforce or cloud-based technologies is highly regarded, particularly in Higher Education, Financial Services, Media and/or Utilities.
- A collaborative, adaptive mindset — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
