What this role is all about
As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be a key technical expert in the region, designing and delivering tailored Infobip solutions that power exceptional customer experiences. You’ll typically work on complex, high‑profile projects, owning opportunities end to end — from discovery and solution design to delivery and integration. You’ll collaborate closely with both regional and HQ teams, acting as a technical opportunity lead who determines the right resources based on project complexity. You’ll also mentor other team members and serve as the “go‑to” technical advisor for customers, partners, and colleagues. Depending on your strengths, you can work as a generalist or specialize in areas such as CX consultancy, partnerships, specific products, or industry verticals.
What you’ll do
Deeply understand customers’ businesses and map Infobip products and solutions to their strategic goals and use cases.
Design and document complex solution architectures, technical integrations, and effort estimates based on detailed requirements.
Lead technical conversations with customers and partners, including demos, proof-of-concepts, scoping workshops, and handling technical/security questionnaires.
Configure and customize Infobip solutions, ensuring implementations for new and existing customers are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Create clear technical documentation, meeting summaries, and solution enablement materials that support successful delivery and adoption.
Design conversational workflows and strategies (dialog flows, wireframes, templates) for Infobip Answers and other Infobip products.
Share best practices, mentor junior team members, and provide market‑driven feedback to improve our products and internal ways of working.
What makes you a strong fit
3–5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, implementation, or presales role, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands‑on experience in project implementation and scripting (e.g. JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go).
Solid understanding of software development and integration concepts (APIs, web services, data flows, system integrations).
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
