We’re on the lookout for a passionate Solution Engineer to join our US team in Teaneck, NJ. This role is pivotal in driving the hyper-growth of our fleet sector, offering an opportunity to significantly impact our products and services.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Act as a point of contact for the enterprise customer regarding product-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback and issues.
  • Assist in identifying new ideas and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, and marketing) to design, plan, and execute product enhancements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that new ideas are documented, prioritized, and communicated effectively.
  • Regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the business impact.
  • Create daily and weekly reports, including slides and presentations, to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal stakeholders and the enterprise customer on product performance, updates, and future roadmaps.
  • Evaluate the implementation of features in the field, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Collect and analyze field data to refine features and improve overall functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in product or project management or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000.
