About the Role:
As a Solution Engineer, you will lead the discovery, qualification, and resolution of customer challenges using the Nintex Automation platform. Your ability to uncover customer pain points and craft compelling narratives to demonstrate technical solutions in clear business terms will be key to success in this role. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption of the Nintex platform.

Your Contribution:
- Discovery and Solutioning: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to uncover customer pain points, explore requirements, and recommend tailored solutions leveraging the Nintex Automation platform. Lead technical discussions, propose proof-of-concept engagements, and identify opportunities for partner collaboration.
- Technical Storytelling and Presentations: Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations that articulate technical solutions in relatable business terms. Help customers and partners visualise the value of Nintex through storytelling and thought leadership, including webinars, conferences, and community events.
- Partner Enablement: Work closely with Nintex's partner ecosystem to drive enablement initiatives, develop value propositions, and equip partners with the knowledge and tools required for success. This includes supporting joint customer engagements and technical training to enhance partner capabilities and expand market reach.
- Customer and Market Advocacy: Act as a conduit between customers, partners, and the product management team, sharing insights and use cases to influence product roadmap decisions. Contribute to community forums and events to evangelise the Nintex platform and showcase innovative solutions.
To Be Successful, We Think You Need:
- Experience in workflow automation, business process management (BPM), or document generation platforms. Familiarity with Nintex is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technology or technology sales role.
- Experience implementing solutions within the Microsoft and Salesforce ecosystems, such as SharePoint, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce.
- A background in working with channel businesses and partner networks.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, accountable, and action-oriented approach, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Japanese or Chinese language is a plus.
