iRely is looking for an ERP Solutions Engineer with strong domain experience in downstream petro, to join our new headquarters in Dallas, TX

The ERP Solutions Engineer is responsible for understanding the customer environment and work flow, working with the customer to develop an optimal solution, and articulating the iRely solution technical value proposition. They build customer trust in iRely solutions, which results in customer success in the post-sale. The ERP Solutions Engineer leads the technical pre-sales relationship, proposes technical architectures, demonstrates the product, highlights product benefits, anticipates concerns, and offers creative solutions.

iRely’s ERP Solutions Engineer must be highly technical and a skilled relationship builder. They are comfortable showing an engaging communications experience to a business owner or sketching out an API flow on a whiteboard with a customer’s IT team member.

Major Responsibilities

You will run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities, define the projected benefits and present the outcomes to all stakeholders.

You will create customized demonstrations and will have the opportunity to tell the story that showcases the solution and its benefits.

You will stay up to date on iRely products and industry best practices that will allow you to continue to advise the customer through the implementation process to ensure value.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering within the ERP or CRM space
  • Ability to skillfully articulate business value and impact to customers by preparing and conducting demonstrations, POCs and technical sales presentations.
  • Passionate about building enterprise customer solutions that automate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Extensive experience in value-based Software (SaaS) selling
  • Familiarity with the needs of enterprise customers integrating with an ERP platform
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, tech or software company
  • Ability to travel to prospect and customer sites for in-person presentations
