Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a member of the Share360 Assist Team. This is a hybrid role in Cary, NC.
Shift: 11am-8pm (East Coast)- You will act as a single point of contact and provide immediate over the phone support for Share360 Customers and in-house engineering partners including general inquiries, service triage and tool & test rentals.
- You will compile and present monthly/quarterly reporting of utilization, service history, and updates/maintenance to demonstrate value of service.
- You will provide general technical support for functional issues with the eVO application/mButler software for our in-house engineering partners.
- You will facilitate cross-functional awareness between internal stakeholders to minimize unintended conflicts or negative impacts on customer onboarding, operations, or research.
- You will be responsible for customer satisfaction by demonstrating proactive attitude and actions to expedite service requests, creating an ownership culture by following through on the customer’s issues until completely resolved.

- You have 2-5 years of experience customer related role
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills along with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment required.
- You are resourceful, analytical, and adept at making decisions and multi-tasking during fast-paced and stressful situations.
- You are knowledgeable of Siemens Healthineers internal service processes and operations.
- You can multi-task and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues.
- You have proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Experience in a high volume customer service environment experience preferred.
- BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 10%

The base pay range for this position is:
$61,960 - $85,195Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
