DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As the Solution Engineer Security, you will:
- Assist our Solution Engineering team on projects delivered through our reseller and system integrator channel.
- Deliver Proofs of Concept in live network environments.
- Give demo presentations of our products.
- Deliver technical training and professional services.
- After training on our high-end products, you will provide technical support for the vendors and solutions in our portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Solution Engineer Security:
- IT graduate or higher.
- At least around 4 years of field experience.
- Practical knowledge of IT network design and principles, including routing and switching.
- Affinity with network security, including forward/reverse proxy, web filtering, and authentication.
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial skills.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch, English and French.
- Analytical approach to managing issues and tasks.
- Flexible and proactive mindset.
- Strong motivation to continuously grow on a technical level through training courses, self-study, and hands-on experience.
