As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a mission-critical role in driving success by bridging the gap between complex customer requirements and product innovation. You’ll serve as a technical advisor, working closely with our customers and internal engineering teams to improve our systems based on real-world insights.
Your Impact:
- Act as a technical liaison for customers, owning post-deployment success and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback and issues.
- Assist in identifying new ideas and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, and marketing) to design, plan, and execute product enhancements.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that new ideas are documented, prioritized, and communicated effectively.
- Regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the business impact.
- Create daily and weekly reports, including slides and presentations, to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal stakeholders and the enterprise customer on product performance, updates, and future roadmaps.
- Evaluate the implementation of features in the field, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Collect and analyze field data to refine features and improve overall functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer or a product or project management role within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven success supporting B2B SaaS or hardware-software integrated platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 40%) as needed for client support and site evaluations.
