Solution Developer

Most of our tech teams work in an agile setup consisting of tribes and cross-functional squads to enable an optimal environment to reach our shared objectives and key results. In Claims Solutions we work with technical solutions that have the power to turn misfortunes into possibilities. We help our customers to rebuild and recover when the unexpected happens. We use technology to provide customer self-service, intelligent claims processes and a smooth journey for our customers.

The stack you will be working with includes at least F#, occasional C#, .NET, Azure, Azure DevOps and SQL Servers. You will be designing and developing new solutions or getting to tweak existing ones. You’ll be investigating stuff, squashing bugs, taking care of deployments, and improving ways of working together with the squad. In addition, you will be working closely with other squads and stakeholders. A proactive approach is a must, as well as willingness to learn!

You know how to make seamless deployments with automation. Security, stability and performance are key factors and always under improvement. You also might know your way around third-party integrations. You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders and translating business requirements and needs to development items. You have a curious mindset and are open to learning and adopting new things. You enjoy working together with your squad members and you’re also not afraid to ask questions! You know your way around in an Agile environment. You communicate fluently in English, and maybe also in one of the Nordic languages.
