As a Solution Design Owner, Demand Planning & Compliance, you will own the global solution design and architecture as part of our Commercial Excellence and Corporate Performance team.
Reporting to the Senior Solution Manager, Customer Excellence, you will drive and support solution implementation in both projects and in continuous improvement based on the business priorities and transformation roadmap. You will partner directly with the Global Process Owners, facilitating the solution design work, including architecture, for sales planning, demand-supply alignment and capacity planning applications, as well as some of our compliance tools e.g. for legal and sustainability.
Where you’ll beYou will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
What you'll be doingWork as a solution owner of dedicated group of enterprise applications (Examples: Anaplan & Onestream), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead multi vendor ecosystems ensuring clarity of E2E and fit for purpose services.
Develop and implement application enhancements and upgrades.
Work as a lead to integration related initiatives on applications, small projects and development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of solution designs and conduct testing to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to integration with minimal disruption to business operations.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in application management.
Document application processes, configurations and provide training to key users.
Has ability to plan and take responsibility beyond own core responsibility areas and supports more junior team members in their work.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in application support and management, ideally with Anaplan and other demand planning solutions.
Strong background in enterprise application development, integration, and implementing enhancements/upgrades within business processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration in international, multivendor environments
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Finnish is a plus
