Your tasks
As part of our regional Solution Design network, you will work closely with local sales teams to develop and deliver high-performance storage solutions. Your role will be a mix of technical problem-solving, creative design, and business strategy.

Analyze data to determine system capacity and performance needs.

Design tailored solutions by selecting the right technologies and configurations.

Reduce technical risks through rigorous risk assessments and approvals.

Create 2D layouts (AutoCAD) and 3D models (Visual Components) to visualize solutions.

Evaluate third-party suppliers and support offer preparation.
Based on your expertise and interests, you may also contribute to:

Training & knowledge-sharing to strengthen intralogistics expertise.

Developing tools to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.Standardizing solutions for repeatable, scalable applications.

Creating technical guidelines for specialized environments like climate-controlled storage, fire protection, and cleanrooms.

Collaborating in regional forums to exchange ideas and best practices.
Your profile
-
Degree in a technical or technology-related field (e.g., Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering). Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English are required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Experience or familiarity with tool development (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps) is advantageous.

Background in intralogistics, design, or engineering.

Strong technical expertise in system project development and execution.

Preferably, experience in sales organizations—whether in direct or indirect markets—or technical support.
