Team and context :
The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment.
Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.
Your missions :
In the context of implementation or support projects, you will provide to our clients a technical and functional service linked to integration Murex system (data, transactions, reports interfacing …) as well as a technical expertise based on Murex and third party softwares ( middleware, JMS, data bases, connectors…)
In your day to day you will :
Support clients in implementing Murex withing their ecosystem and take part in the business as usual and project support (follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone calls and on-site visits…)
Manage clients’ service calls in compliance with internal lifecycle including testing in case of functional changes initiated
Participate in the system version upgrades then perform upgrades and run the required regression testing
Animate trainings
Develop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage your own deliverables/progress
Your profile :
Graduated from a Master degree (Engineering school or a university) in computer science and/or market finance with a first experience
Marked test for problem solving
English (spoken and written)
Solid technical baggage and familiar with distributed architectures, databases (SQL) and one or several programming languages (scripting, object oriented)
Interpersonal skills : ability to mobilise and convince
Flexibility and ability to manage stressful and pressure situations (production phase, client priorities)
Dynamism, rigor, team spirit
Open to travel
Skills Required
- Master degree in computer science or market finance
- First professional experience in IT or finance implementations
- Familiarity with Murex platform and related third-party software
- Knowledge of distributed architectures and middleware (including JMS)
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Experience with programming (scripting and/or object-oriented languages)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Interpersonal skills and ability to mobilise and convince stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible and adaptable
