What You'll Contribute
- Engage with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and independently run stakeholder agreement meetings.
- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation.
- Support user requirements capture and translation of requirements into business and digitally enabled solutions.
- Create high quality professional documentation detailing requirements to be used by clients and engineering team.
- Be a project leader providing guidance to team and ensuring solution delivered is aligned to business need.
What We're Seeking
- Min 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a customer facing role preferably in banking or financial services industry.
- Expertise in Credit / Loan Originations (Traditional and Digital) and a full understanding of end to end lifecycle.
- Experience in working with Risk and Credit Policies, Strategies and Decision and Score Models.
- Strong documentation and communications skills , implementation & analytical skills and familiarity with various tools e.g. Office , Visio, Smart Draw etc.
- Experience in analyzing unstructured information/requirements into logical and structured content.
- Ability to manage relationship with clients, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Fintech and new age lending technology & solutions will be an advantage.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, Business Analyst certifications and executing projects in a vendor-client environment will be an asset.
