The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $121,000 - $177,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What you will Do in this Role:- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and designers.

- Stay current on industry trends and help build future offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience. Candidates with a Graduate degree or relevant experience are preferred.
- Significant experience in material handling, automation, warehouse operations, solution development, engineering, or consulting leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical or consulting professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies, automation systems, and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives.
- Expertise in automation solution development, concept validation, and system building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
- Adaptable leader with PMP, Lean, or related certifications preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30%. May include international travel.
