About You:
Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and hospitality industry knowledge. Experienced in property management systems (PMS), hotel operations, and guest journey optimization. Able to translate client needs into tailored PMS solutions, deliver clear demos and presentations, and support sales success in the German-speaking market.
Key Capabilities
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent German and strong English; skilled in presentations, demos, and client engagement.
- Hospitality Expertise: Deep understanding of hotel operations, PMS workflows, guest experience, and revenue strategies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with PMS architecture, integrations (channel management, payments, guest communication), and implementation processes.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to identify client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and support sales success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with hotel managers, IT teams, and executives; strong internal collaboration skills.
- Market Insight: Knowledge of German-speaking hospitality markets, regulations, and business practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Translate hotel business requirements into tailored PMS solutions.
- Configure and adapt PMS software to demonstrate client-specific workflows.
- Prepare demo environments and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and webinars, primarily for German-speaking audiences.
- Support sales teams at events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Contribute to RFIs/RFPs with German market expertise.
- Educate sales teams on new PMS features and enhancements.
- Lead discovery sessions to ensure effective, value-driven demonstrations.
- Create German-language video content to support digital sales strategies.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align solutions with hospitality market needs.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent German with excellent English proficiency.
- Background in pre-sales, consulting, or hospitality technology (PMS, channel managers, hotel tech platforms).
- Hands-on experience with PMS implementation, support, or vendor-side roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, across German-speaking markets.
