We are looking for a Solution Consultant (DDI Migration)!
This individual will be part of our Professional Services team, responsible for delivering the largest and most complex Professional Services engagements, typically involving transformation and migration of data and services from legacy
systems to BlueCat. This team also provides technical and non-technical leadership and mentorship to the overall Professional Services group and the entire organization, as well as reviewing architectural recommendations provided through the pre-sales process.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services
Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Conduct Professional Service engagements, alone or as technical leader of a team including:
- Data analysis and optimization
- Migration strategies
- Move to Production (MTP) plans
- Technical summaries
- Technical and architecture guidance, sometimes including on-site discussions with prospects
- Actively contribute to knowledge base and internal community discussions
- Actively contribute tools and techniques to internal teams
- Actively contribute to best practices processes, procedures, and documentation
- Act as escalation point for other Professional Services members and internal groups
- Provide product feedback to Product Management
- Conduct internal Subject Matter Expect (SME) training sessions for the
- Professional Services organization and other internal groups
As a Solution Consultant, this person brings the greatest depth of experience and knowledge in BlueCat’s technology, methods, and practices, and can apply them to BlueCat's largest customers and engagements.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to engage with customers and colleagues professionally and with Confidence
- Flexible to work in a shift support
- 5+ years’ experience working with IP networking, DNS, and/or DHCP services
- 5+ years’ experience with VitalQIP, Infoblox or other enterprise DDI solutions
as an administrator or manage
