Skills Required
- Experience developing and delivering ServiceNow ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management solutions
- Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management modules
- Proficiency developing client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, workflows or flows, integrations, and custom applications in ServiceNow
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
- Experience supporting development, integration, testing, deployment, and production activities
- Ability to conduct code reviews and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, security requirements, maintainability standards, and project quality objectives
- Ability to work effectively on high-pressure projects with aggressive timelines and critical delivery milestones
