Proficiency developing client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, workflows or flows, integrations, and custom applications in ServiceNow
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
Experience supporting development, integration, testing, deployment, and production activities
Ability to conduct code reviews and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, security requirements, maintainability standards, and project quality objectives
