We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Managed Services team based in Chiasso, TI. You will participate in the running of all our Core Banking solutions, with a high level of solution and execution focus to offer excellent service to our Private Banking customers.
Your Role:
As part of a team within the Services and IT department in FNZ Switzerland, you will:
Manage FNZ Applications in production environments, guaranteeing quality & stability for our Private Banking customers
Use FNZ tools for application monitoring and operations, contributing to their evolution
Apply best practice processes on customers’ environments and participate in the elaboration of procedures and processes necessary for the Managed Services team
Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation
Ensure documentation of processes, procedures and configurations
Be in charge of Managed Services customers’ relationship, focused on Production topics
Actively collaborate with other FNZ Switzerland teams (Development, IT, Professional Services)
Early (before 6am) or Late (after 8pm) shifts are to be expected
Rotations between home-office and office work are to be expected
Your profile:
University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in the field of application management, technical consultancy or associated role.
Strong knowledge and experience with RHEL Linux, Windows and Unix
Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server database technology is essential
Experience with system scripting, including batch and shell scripts
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure principles
Experience in the use of ticketing systems
Experience with Customer interaction
Experience in Asset Management or Private Banking is a significant advantage
Knowledge of ITIL a plus
Knowledge of Zabbix and VTOM a plus
Knowledge of monitoring and operations tools is a plus
Good written and spoken English
Able to communicate efficiently
Good team player and able to build positive and collaborative relationships with all teams at FNZ
