We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Presales team. This is a pivotal client-facing role where you will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our solutions to prospective clients, guiding them through their decision-making process, and ultimately contributing to successful sales outcomes. You will leverage your deep understanding of business operations, particularly within front and middle office areas of recruitment technology. Your expertise with the Salesforce platform will be pivotal in helping craft compelling narratives and tailor demonstrations that resonate with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Discovery (Presales):

  • Lead engaging and insightful discovery sessions with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex solution discussions and identifying key pain points and business value that our offerings can address.

Solution Demonstrations & Presentations:

  • Design, prepare, and deliver compelling, high-impact product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs and use cases.

  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from technical stakeholders to C-level executives.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, showcasing our capabilities, business value of our solutions and competitive differentiators.

Domain Expertise:

  • Exhibit deep understanding and practical experience with front office recruitment processes (e.g. candidate sourcing and attraction, business development, job order management, interview coordination, offer management, talent pipeline development), appreciating the pivotal role technology plays in optimizing these workflows and enhancing stakeholder experience.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience within middle office functions (e.g. operations, risk management, compliance, data management, time capture, interpretation and invoicing, reconciliations and handover to payroll systems.), understanding the workflows, challenges, and technological needs of these areas.

  • Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, including its ecosystem, integration points, and how it can be leveraged to solve business problems. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is a plus.

Consultative Approach:

  • Apply strong consulting skills to analyze client environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend optimal solutions.

  • Collaborate effectively with sales executives to develop account strategies, qualify opportunities, and accelerate sales cycles.

  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide market feedback, influencing product roadmap and ensuring client needs are met.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales, product, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from presales to implementation.

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and our evolving product suite.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing presales Solutions Consultant or similar role within a technology company.

  • Demonstrable expertise in middle and front office operations and associated business processes.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce functionality and its application in enterprise environments. Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.

  • Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and mapping them to solution capabilities.
