Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solution Architect to join our Digital Business Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution for both internal teams and external customers.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership: Design end-to-end digital architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments while producing technical specifications and guiding engineering teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product teams, business analysts, and customers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations and support discovery workshops.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging cloud services, artificial intelligence capabilities, and automation opportunities to modernize existing platforms and mentor junior team members.
Risk & Governance Mitigation: Lead architecture reviews, identify technical risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, and ensure strict compliance with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related roles delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services) and modern application architectures like REST APIs, microservices, and containerization.
Proven ability in Cloud-native data services, relational databases, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Content Services Platforms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Generative Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Polytechnical School), or a related technical discipline.
