What is the opportunity?

As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for the following:

  • Create and implement solutions to complex problems to bring rapid relief to customers and internal teams.
  • Discover, procure, author, develop, and curate tools for the Global Customer Service team’s use.
  • This role will also be crucial in fostering relationships with our SaaS ops, DevOps, and SRE teams to deflect customer tickets by proactively identifying customer issues within Workspace ONE and Horizon environments.
  • Leverage deep technical expertise in Omnissa’s Product Offerings.
  • Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with various stakeholders across Omnissa Global Customer Service, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Think past the products and understand the solutions being delivered to meet business and IT needs.
  • Communicate any potential issues with the solution architecture to the project team, peers and customers.
  • Solicit continuous feedback from multiple stakeholders and communicate to product development.
  • Design and deliver technical training and documentation targeted for Omnissa Global Customer Service staff.
  • Troubleshoot problems affecting enterprise systems based on a clear understanding of modern production data centers, desktop virtualization, capacity/performance/storage/networking management and tuning, and programming logic and design.

Travel Expectations: None 
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree required or foreign degree equivalent in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical/quantitative field, plus four (4) years of experience in job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $162,240 - 217,250 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more.
