As a Vistex Solution Architect you are a part of our success story and you support directly on the client’s side to create a perfect start with the Vistex-solutions for them. In this role you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with your wide, specialized knowledge, best business practices but also with your communication skills and your service orientation. The Architect will be expected to be self-motivated and highly driven to support a rapidly growing team. The Solution Architect is a hands-on leader that is responsible for the design and architecture of core VISTEX solutions and integrating with SAP cross functional modules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently take up and lead Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, Cut-over, Go Live and Post production support
- Act as a trusted advisor to Clients.
- Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders.
- Understand client’s business and business processes and act as Vistex advisor to address the existing gaps by providing best Vistex solutions.
- Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients
- Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.
- Lead Solution Delivery Best Practices and Industry Best Practices
- Lead project escalations and take initiative to document approaches for Solutions and Industry issues
- Lead process simplification discussions and client presentations on Process Improvements
- Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning and estimating
- Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services

Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Education Preferred Bachelors or better. Experience Required SAP SD with architecture experience Independently take up and lead Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solutions, Realization, cut over, Go Live and Postproduction support Lead Solution Delivery Best Practices and Industry Best Practices Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients. Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits. SAP SD/MM/FI modules and Presales SAP experience. Strong design and implementation knowledge of either SAP SD or MM mainly covering Pricing, OTC process / Purchasing process, Master data, Enterprise elements and SD / MM - Finance integration. Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is preferred. Ability to link business processes with products/solutions. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.Skills Required
