Solution Architect

核心职责：

• 负责软件系统解决方案的设计、评审及合规性验证。
• 指导并引领开发团队构建符合企业标准的高质量软件系统。
• 推动企业软件治理规范的落地与实施。

任职要求：

• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，其中至少2年架构设计相关经验。
• 精通微服务架构、分布式系统设计及云原生技术栈（Azure/Ali Cloud）。
• 熟悉架构治理流程，具备TOGAF认证者优先。
• 具备独立分析复杂问题并提出系统性解决方案的能力。
• 逻辑思维清晰，沟通协作能力强，能高效推动跨团队协作。
• 英语口语流利，能胜任跨语言文化团队协作。
• 拥有持续学习能力及极强的自我驱动力，适应快速变化的技术环境。

软技能：

• 优秀的团队协作与项目管理能力。
• 对技术趋势敏感，能主动优化架构设计与治理流程。
