Solution Architecture
Responsibilities of the SA
  • Accountable for creating solutions aligned to Target architecture and enterprise architecture strategies and principles
  • Participates in the Cluster events, i.e., Increment Planning, Retrospective and the Cluster Backlog Refinement, Team Backlog refinement, cluster sync-up meetings and collaborates with release management
  • When analyzing Capabilities/Feature solutions, the Solution Architect will take direction from the Domain Target Architecture
  • Participate with Cluster Owners as they assign value to the teams’ PI Objectives
  • Manage Cluster knowledge within the EA Framework (Solution Intent)
  • Identify and Define Enablers and use EA Framework/Solution Intent to drive Roadmap
  • Identifies dependencies within the Cluster and across other Clusters in the portfolio
  • Architecture delegation point for decisions and solutions completely within the Cluster
  • Ensure the Definition of Done includes the completion of the relevant (EA) Architecture Framework processes.
  • Coaches Solution Architects (Team) in design thinking plus early, iterative value delivery within an intentional and emergent Architecture environment.

The profile and competency of the SA
 
  • Deep understanding of Cluster Business and Technology components
  • Skilled and experienced in Architecture processes, covering adopted architectural frameworks and Security
  • Able to collaborate easily and freely with multiple Architects (DA and SA’s)  
    Able to lead solution architects through solution options process
  • Understands how to translate business needs and business capabilities into solutions. 
  • Experience of full lifecycle, including test and deploy.

Finance & Controlling

Solid experience in Finance from a manufacturing company, preferably within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate has been involved in transformation projects or has a strong understanding of core processes within RTR (Record to Report), OTC (Order to Cash), and P2P (Procure to Pay). Ideally with experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems.

We are looking for a generalist rather than a narrow specialist. Someone who can see the bigger picture and has broad experience across several Finance domains, including:

  • Transactional processes: AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), Fixed Assets and Controlling
  • Group-level processes: Group Accounting, Treasury, Business Control, Tax, Audit & Control, as well as Sustainability and Strategy

HR
 

We are looking for an experienced HR Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and integrating complex HR, Legal, and Compliance technology landscapes in global organizations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, payroll engines, benefits platforms, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), due-diligence and ABAC/compliance tools, and understands how to build secure, scalable, and data-driven ecosystems across multiple countries.

The candidate should have a proven ability to define target architecture across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Document & Case Management, Contract workflows, and Compliance processes. Experience in developing reference architectures, capability maps, and integration blueprints using APIs, event-driven patterns, and master data rules is key.

We are looking for someone who can establish platform governance for HR and Legal solutions, ensuring lifecycle management, ownership, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Experience with AI and automation—such as virtual agents, intelligent workflows, document intelligence, and risk-signal detection—is a strong advantage, as is ensuring responsible AI, data privacy, and GDPR-aligned solution designs.

The role requires solid understanding of architectural security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC, ISO 27001, ABAC), as well as experience working with stakeholders and vendors in strategic forums, RFIs, and platform evaluations. The candidate will contribute to shaping the future-state blueprint for HR, Legal, and Compliance domains, ensuring a unified, integrated, and future-ready technology landscape.

  • Benefits and global payroll integrations
  • Document and Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Legal and Compliance processes (due diligence, ABAC, risk workflows)

  • Data architecture, integration, and governance across 40+ countries

Operations

Supply Chain

We are looking for a person with experience in Supply Chain management in the international manufacturing / trading organizations. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Warehousing, Logistics, and Planning business and solutions. She / he understands challenges facing international companies operating wide Supply Chain partner network. We are looking for experience in optimizing warehousing across own- and third-party locations, handling transportation between 3PL /4PL and local suppliers, end-to-end Supply Chain monitoring and Order Management.

The candidate should have proven understanding of Supply Chain digitalization and ecosystem management.

Practical experience of integration between ERP (especially SAP), dedicated SCM solutions and third-party operated systems is a plus. Understanding real application of RPA and AI in the Supply Chain management would be a clear advantage.

  • Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain (Including Transportation) Management
  • Warehousing
  • International Trade
  • eCommerce / Consumer deliveries handling
  • Reverse logistics
  • Spare Parts management

Manufacturing

We are looking for a Solution Architect to work with our diverse manufacturing base. In Husqvarna we operate 30+ factories across the globe, of various sizes and specializations, as well as wide component supplier network. We are looking for person who has experience dealing both with highly automated and labor-intensive production processes.

We provide also outsourced and in-house maintenance services both for our products and tools / manufacturing equipment.

We are looking for expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Execution systems, optimization and digitalization of factory and inter-factory operations, and good familiarity with factory information technology and data management. 

The role will concentrate on Plan to Manufacture and Order to Cash processes, which involve a mix of production facilities, outsourced suppliers and kitting operations.

  • Experience with green management, optimization and reporting would be a big advantage.
  • Experience of smaller-scale SAP implementations is a plus.
After Sales Service & Support

Solid experience in Aftermarket processes within a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate has been involved in projects supporting spare parts operations, pricing, warranty management, service management, training, and refurbishment. Knowledge of microservices concepts and access management is considered valuable.

We are looking for a generalist rather than a narrow specialist. Someone who can see the bigger picture and has broad experience across several Aftermarket domains, including:

  • Spare Parts Operations and Pricing
  • Warranty Management
  • Service Management
  • Training and Refurbishment
  • Microservices and Access Management

Sales & Marketing

Solid experience in building customer-facing applications and designing end-to-end user journeys. The ideal candidate has contributed to projects spanning all architecture layers, delivering complete solutions from front-end experience to back-end integration. Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.

  • Customer-Facing Applications: Designing intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • User Journey Design: Mapping and optimizing the full customer experience

  • Solution Architecture: Ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs
